F. M. da Cruz defeated 1. A. Osmund in the semi-final of the Palace Hotel billiards handicap last night by 250 points to 181. Both owe 200 mark. played from the Scoring was fast all through.
Cruz made a break of 79, 8 points more than the previous best so far held by Osmund). Other breaks were 19, 34, 17, 19, 35, 29. Gamund 19. 28. 84, 18, 22. 21, 26.
